Report and Support is not an emergency reporting tool.
Report and Support is monitored Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays and university closure days.
If you are in immediate danger or seriously injured:
- On Campus, contact BCU security by calling 0121 331 6969 or using the Safe Zone app.
- Off Campus, call the Emergency Services: 999
- If you need emergency help but are unable to talk, remain silent when you call 999 and press 55 to confirm you need help. Read more about how this service works: Silent Solution | Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)
Once emergency actions have been completed and support has been put in place, please follow this up by submitting a Report and Support at your earliest opportunity.
